All library personnel have an obligation to keep library business confidential. Patrons have the right to assume that any questions they may ask and any material they charge out will not be the subject of conversation. All library personnel have a right and an obligation to offer constructive criticism to the library director. To express criticism to a patron is improper and might subject the offender to disciplinary action.
